The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

This Company does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation. After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products.
QueenB Hair Extensions (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use QueenB Hair Extensions products at their own risk. QueenB Hair Extensions will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by QueenB Hair Extensions (Pty) Ltd.. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to QueenB Hair Extensions (Pty) Ltd and will not be shared with other third parties.

Payment

All products remain the property of QueenB hair Extensions (Pty)Ltd until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from QueenB Hair Extensions (Pty) Ltd.

All transfers conducted through QueenB Hair Extensions are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

It may take 1 business day to process your order. QueenB Hair Extensions does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking. We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information to use for future disputes. Return & Exchange Policy

All extensions come sealed in a clear plastic bag. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges and returns must have the seal intact and not broke, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. Absolutely no exchanges of opened packages are possible.

We will gladly accept any exchanges within the 7-day purchase period, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges are required to meet the exchange standards. Exchange requests must be made within the 7 days of delivery. Each pack of hair has a plastic bag which is sealed, once opened the hair may not be exchanged. No exceptions. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept exchanges on hair that has been used or opened because it is a real human hair product. The customer is responsible for courier fees and will be charged R68.00. All items must be exchanged in their original packaging. QueenB Hair Extensions assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the exchanged merchandise. Your 7-day exchange policy begins from the day your order is delivered. Allow up to 1 week for the credit to appear on your statement.

QueenB Hair Extensions offers no cash refunds on any products.

PAYMENT

All major Credit and Debit Cards and Bitcoin are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and
